Good old George's street Arcade...not only is it Europe's and Ireland's oldest shopping centre, it's also a hub of eclectic and quirky traders and the place where I got 6 out of 8 ear piercings done over the years!
George's Street Arcade has been open since 1881 and it is a beautiful building with a lot of history. I have wandered the stalls there for the last 15 years and always marvelled at the array of vintage and modern treasures on offer. Check out shops such as Beaux Bows and New Moon! It has also become a bit of a foodie hub in the last few years with Pieminister having a permanent space there!
No matter what you are up to in town, if you have a few minutes to spare then the Arcade is the best place have a wander, a bite to eat,and pass the time away!
